Tabitha Green, Pilates
Tabitha was first introduced to Pilates while earning her BFA at Columbia College, Chicago. The strength and resiliency she gained from her Pilates practice contributed to her successful dancing career with Breakbone DanceCo. To share her love of movement and the many benefits of Pilates, Tabitha pursued a career in teaching.
She mentored under Randi Whitman at Frog Temple Pilates Studio. She completed the Pilates Master’s Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO and is a certified Pre/Post-Natal Pilates Specialist through The Center for Women’s Fitness. Tabitha is also a Level 1 Eric Franklin teacher.
Her mission is to help individuals move again and feel better in their bodies, living confidently, strong, and energized. Tabitha has extensive experience and is comfortable working with a range of health conditions including POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Tabitha teaches both in person and online. To support those she couldn't see in person, she founded Tall Tree Pilates, an online studio dedicated to helping people living with chronic illness and pain.
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic, Tabitha enjoys guiding her clients toward efficient movement patterns. While her clients practice challenging workouts, she offers ways to improve performance and incorporates an element of fun and humor into her teaching style. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and become the healthiest version of themselves. In her free time, she finds inspiration to further “torture” her clients with exercises they “love to hate.” Tabitha believes the benefits of Pilates can make life more enjoyable for everyone.
Tabitha loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters, who keep her on her toes and light up her life.
